What's actually provided with your online nutrition coaching & do you write meal plans?

Every single service that I provide is truly unique to each of my clients. My coaching involves everything you need from weekly check-ins via call/Zoom to ensure accountability as well as unlimited revisions to your programme. I provide meal suggestions/templates but I shy away from simply writing pre-prescribed meal plans as I strongly believe that this does little to serve you long term & one my core values is helping you learn how best to fuel your body & ensure sustainability in your eating beyond our time together.

I'm brand new to health & fitness, what can your nutrition coaching do for me?

Due to specialising in nutrition specifically, this allows me to be very direct in my approach. One of my key focuses is coaching on a 1-on-1 basis, allowing me to provide everything my clients need so that they can have the confidence to grow. My personalised nutrition coaching is designed to fit around you & your lifestyle as well as your own experience & the aims that you value most.

Where can I find support if I'm not ready for 1-on-1 nutrition coaching?

I follow a plant-based diet, will your plans cater to me?

Absolutely. My coaching is tailored to each client, regardless of dietary background.  I include supplement recommendations to ensure that you're getting everything you need to support your daily wellbeing.
