Why Progress is so much more than Just Numbers 📉⏩

Something ive been susceptible to in the past is being solely focused on the numbers.

For me this could be weight, waist size or even my 1RM for bench press (& yeah it still sucks). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've come to learn that progress can be a whole manner of things, as cheesy as it sounds.

Here's a few examples that I think are way more important for anyone looking to improve themselves or their relationship with food. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *You start to feel full after each meal 🍜 *Your energy levels are way higher 🏃‍♀️ *You no longer struggle to get to sleep 😪 *Your jeans are that bit looser 👖 *You're genuinely happier & content ☺️ *You're stronger & can stay active for longer 🏋️ *You don't even have to try, it's now become a lifestyle change & not a short term "diet" 🍎 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Each one of these factors, for me can be genuinely life-changing as cliché as it is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is my "why" for this page & if I can help one of you reach them goals then I'll be happy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What's progress for you?
